Siser® High Tack Cutting Mat 12" x 24"

The Siser® High Tack Cutting Mat is the 12" x 24" carrier mat for the Siser® Juliet desktop cutter. It holds material flat and locked in place while the blade works, so nothing shifts mid-cut.

High tack means a stronger grip than a standard mat — the right choice for heavier materials, slippery films, and designs with small or intricate pieces that a weaker mat lets creep.

When you need a mat

• Material with no carrier of its own — cardstock, paper, sticker stock and similar sheet goods
• Small or intricate cuts — fine detail that would otherwise lift or drag
• Short pieces — anything too short for the cutter's rollers to feed reliably
• Heavier or slick materials — where standard tack loses its hold

Getting the most out of it

• Peel the protective liner before first use and keep it to cover the mat between jobs — that is what stops the adhesive collecting dust.
• Lift material off slowly and from a corner, rather than pulling straight up.
• Load the mat squarely against the cutter's guides so the material tracks true.
• When the tack finally drops off and material starts to shift, replace the mat — a tired mat causes miscuts that cost more than the mat.
