Thank you for choosing Total Ink Solutions. Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully before accessing or using Our Service, placing an Order, purchasing Goods, or using Our Website or Application. These Terms govern Your use of Our Service and Your purchase of Goods from Total Ink Solutions LLC. By accessing or using the Service, placing an Order, purchasing Goods, creating an Account, or otherwise interacting with Us, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not access or use the Service or place an Order. If any conflict arises between these Terms and mandatory local laws in Your jurisdiction, those mandatory local laws will prevail only to the minimum extent required by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
1.1 Interpretation
Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the conditions below. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
1.2 Definitions
- Application: The software program provided by the Company and downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Total Ink Solutions.
- Application Store: The digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store) through which the Application was downloaded.
- Account: A unique account created for You to access Our Service or parts of Our Service.
- Company (referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”): Total Ink Solutions LLC, located at 200 South Newman Street, Unit 5, Hackensack, NJ 07601, United States.
- Content: Any text, images, designs, artwork, files, data, reviews, comments, or other information posted, uploaded, submitted, linked to, or otherwise made available through the Service by You.
- Country: Refers to New Jersey, United States, unless otherwise specified.
- Device: Any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, tablet, or other digital device.
- Equipment: Printers, printing machines, printheads, curing machines, dryers, shakers, heat presses, cutters, plotters, parts, spare parts, replacement parts, circuit boards, sensors, cables, motors, pumps, electronic components, mechanical components, electrical components, and all similar equipment-related Goods.
- Goods: Items offered for sale through the Service, including inks, supplies, consumables, custom items, Equipment, parts, accessories, and any other products.
- Orders: A request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Promotions: Contests, sweepstakes, discounts, coupons, offers, or other promotions offered through the Service.
- Service: Refers collectively to the Application, the Website, and any related services provided by the Company.
- Website: Total Ink Solutions, accessible at https://www.totalinksolutions.com/.
- You or Your: The individual, company, business, organization, or other legal entity accessing or using the Service or purchasing Goods.
2. Acknowledgment
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not access or use the Service.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service or place an Order.
- Business and Technical Use: Many Goods sold by Total Ink Solutions are commercial, technical, industrial, or professional-use products. You are responsible for determining whether any Goods are suitable for Your intended use, equipment, process, environment, skill level, and business requirements.
- Privacy Policy: Your access to the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy, which describes how We collect, use, and disclose Your personal information.
3. Placing Orders for Goods
3.1 Legal Capacity
By placing an Order, You confirm that You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws and that all information You provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3.2 Required Information
To place an Order, We may require personal, business, billing, shipping, and payment details, including:
- Full name
- Company name, if applicable
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Payment details
- Any other information reasonably required to process, ship, verify, or fulfill Your Order
3.3 Order Review, Refusal, and Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to refuse, reject, limit, suspend, or cancel any Order at Our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, shipping charges, or availability
- Suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, chargeback risk, payment failure, or suspicious activity
- Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable customer information
- Shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, or delivery issues
- Orders placed for resale or commercial distribution without Our approval
- Custom items, which are generally non-cancelable once production, preparation, ordering, configuration, or processing has started
- Equipment orders, which are non-cancelable after processing, procurement, preparation, testing, packing, shipment, or special ordering has started
3.4 Your Order Cancellation Rights
Your right to cancel applies only to eligible Goods under Our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Certain Goods are final sale, non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once processed, prepared, produced, opened, used, installed, shipped, or otherwise handled as described in these Terms.
- Refund Timing: Approved refunds are issued within 14 days after We receive and inspect returned Goods, unless a different period is required by applicable law.

Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made, custom-cut, custom-mixed, custom-printed, special-order, or personalized items
- Expired, perishable, deteriorated, temperature-sensitive, contamination-sensitive, or shelf-life-sensitive Goods
- Opened, unsealed, used, installed, damaged, altered, or contaminated Goods
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items
- Inks, chemicals, consumables, and supplies that have been opened, used, contaminated, improperly stored, or mixed
- All Equipment: non-refundable once processed, ordered, prepared, tested, packed, shipped, opened, installed, used, or handled
- Printheads, electronic components, mechanical components, electrical components, boards, sensors, pumps, motors, cables, and replacement parts once processed, shipped, opened, installed, handled, or used
4. Order Authorization, Acceptance of Terms, Walk-In Sales, Phone Orders, Manual Orders, and Payment Authorization
Important Order Authorization Notice: These Terms apply to every purchase from Total Ink Solutions, whether the Order is placed through the Website, Application, phone, email, text message, chat, invoice, payment link, purchase order, in-person visit, walk-in counter sale, showroom sale, manual order entry, or any other ordering method.
By requesting Goods, approving a quote, approving an invoice, providing payment information, presenting a payment card, authorizing a card charge, tapping, inserting, swiping, or otherwise using a payment card, paying by payment link, signing a receipt, accepting delivery, picking up Goods, allowing Goods to be shipped, or otherwise completing a purchase, You confirm that You authorized the Order and agree that the Order is subject to these Terms, Our Return and Refund Policy, Our Shipping Policy, and any other written policy applicable to the Goods purchased.
For phone Orders, manual Orders, invoice Orders, card-not-present transactions, and Orders created by Total Ink Solutions staff on behalf of a customer, You authorize Total Ink Solutions and its payment processors to charge the payment method You provide for the full Order amount, including Goods, shipping, handling, taxes, duties, fees, and any other agreed charges. Verbal authorization, written authorization, electronic confirmation, payment-link completion, invoice approval, email approval, text-message approval, purchase-order approval, or provision of card information may be relied upon by Total Ink Solutions as authorization to process the Order.
For walk-in customers, in-person customers, counter sales, showroom sales, and pickup Orders, Your payment, signature, card use, receipt acceptance, pickup of Goods, or removal of Goods from Our premises confirms Your acceptance of these Terms. Copies of these Terms may be made available by website link, invoice link, receipt link, posted notice, printed copy, payment link, quote, invoice, or other reasonable notice method. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms before completing the purchase. If You do not agree with these Terms, You must not complete the purchase, authorize payment, accept the Goods, or remove the Goods from Our premises.
For Equipment, printheads, electronic components, mechanical components, electrical components, special-order Goods, custom Goods, replacement parts, spare parts, and other high-risk or non-returnable Goods, Total Ink Solutions may require additional confirmation, including written approval, signed invoice, signed receipt, initials, identification verification, credit-card authorization form, payment-link approval, purchase order, email confirmation, text confirmation, or other reasonable proof of authorization before processing, releasing, shipping, or installing the Goods.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all Order details before authorizing payment or accepting Goods, including product name, model, quantity, price, shipping address, billing address, compatibility, suitability, technical requirements, installation requirements, warranty limitations, cancellation restrictions, return restrictions, and refund restrictions. Once You authorize the Order, accept the Goods, pick up the Goods, or allow the Goods to be shipped, the Order will be treated as approved by You.
Total Ink Solutions may keep records of Order authorization and acceptance, including invoices, receipts, payment records, signed documents, email communications, text messages, chat logs, phone notes, call recordings where permitted by law, payment-link confirmations, delivery confirmations, pickup confirmations, shipping records, surveillance footage where permitted by law, customer signatures, employee notes, and other business records. You agree that such records may be used as evidence that the Order was authorized, the Goods were requested, payment was approved, Goods were delivered or picked up, and these Terms applied to the transaction.
You agree not to falsely claim that You did not place, approve, authorize, receive, pick up, or agree to an Order where Total Ink Solutions has reasonable records showing authorization, payment approval, delivery, pickup, receipt, communication, or customer conduct consistent with the purchase. You also agree not to initiate a false chargeback, false payment dispute, false fraud claim, or false non-receipt claim for any Order that You authorized, approved, received, picked up, used, installed, or allowed to be delivered, except where You have a valid legal right to do so under applicable law.
If a customer, employee, agent, technician, contractor, family member, business partner, or other representative places, approves, picks up, receives, or pays for an Order on behalf of a business or another person, that person represents that they have authority to act for the customer or business. The customer or business is responsible for Orders placed or accepted by its owners, employees, representatives, agents, technicians, contractors, or authorized users.
Total Ink Solutions reserves the right to refuse, delay, cancel, hold, or require additional verification for any Order if We cannot reasonably verify the customer, payment authorization, identity, billing information, shipping information, pickup authorization, business authority, or legitimacy of the transaction.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under mandatory law. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all Orders remain subject to the cancellation, refund, return, warranty, limitation-of-liability, Equipment, printhead, electronic-component, mechanical-component, and final-sale terms stated in these Terms.
5. Prices and Payments
- Prices are subject to change at any time before an Order is accepted.
- Product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, shipping charges, and availability may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or refuse affected Orders.
- Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, financing providers, and other approved payment processors.
- If payment authorization fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is suspected to be fraudulent, We may delay, suspend, cancel, or refuse the Order.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, shipping charges, handling charges, bank fees, financing charges, and payment processing charges unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Equipment, Electronic, Mechanical, and Printhead Warranty Policy
Important Warranty Notice: Total Ink Solutions does not provide warranty coverage for Equipment, electronic parts, mechanical parts, electrical parts, printheads, printer components, replacement parts, spare parts, circuit boards, sensors, pumps, motors, cables, or similar technical components once they are installed, handled, modified, opened, connected, tested, operated, damaged, contaminated, or used by the customer, the customer’s employee, the customer’s contractor, the customer’s technician, or any third party.
Because Equipment, printheads, electronic components, mechanical components, and related parts can be damaged by incorrect installation, incompatible machines, incorrect voltage, static electricity, poor maintenance, improper cleaning, ink contamination, fluid exposure, air exposure, blocked lines, firmware issues, software settings, misuse, mishandling, transportation, storage conditions, environmental conditions, or third-party repair, all such Goods are sold subject to the strict warranty limitations in this section.
The following items are included in this warranty limitation, whether sold individually or as part of a machine, kit, bundle, service order, repair, or replacement order:
- Printers and printing machines
- Printheads
- Printer heads, head boards, dampers, caps, stations, wipers, pumps, tubes, cables, and ink delivery components
- Electronic components, electrical components, circuit boards, control boards, sensors, displays, wiring, and cables
- Mechanical components, motors, rails, belts, gears, rollers, pumps, valves, and moving parts
- Replacement parts, spare parts, accessories, assemblies, and equipment-related components
- Any similar technical, electronic, mechanical, electrical, or equipment-related item
Any Equipment, printhead, electronic component, mechanical component, electrical component, or related part installed by the customer or by any third party is considered outside of warranty. Total Ink Solutions is not responsible for any failure, defect, damage, malfunction, performance issue, compatibility issue, installation issue, calibration issue, clogging, electrical failure, fluid damage, contamination, misuse, incorrect handling, incorrect maintenance, incorrect storage, or other problem that occurs after customer or third-party installation, handling, connection, modification, or use.
Total Ink Solutions does not guarantee that any Equipment, printhead, part, component, ink, supply, accessory, or consumable will be compatible with every machine, software configuration, firmware version, production method, environment, substrate, or customer process. You are responsible for verifying compatibility, suitability, installation requirements, maintenance requirements, electrical requirements, environmental requirements, and technical requirements before purchase and before installation or use.
The only exception to this warranty limitation is where the installation is performed directly by the official Total Ink Solutions technical team. In that case, any warranty, service responsibility, correction, replacement, repair, or support obligation applies only to the specific installation work performed by Our technical team and only to the extent expressly confirmed in writing by Total Ink Solutions. No verbal statement, text message, chat message, website statement, product description, or informal communication creates a warranty unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Total Ink Solutions.
Unless expressly stated in writing by Total Ink Solutions, Equipment, printheads, electronic components, mechanical components, electrical components, replacement parts, spare parts, and related technical items are final sale and are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once processed, ordered, prepared, tested, packed, shipped, opened, installed, handled, connected, modified, or used.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Ink Solutions disclaims all implied warranties for Equipment, electronic components, mechanical components, electrical components, printheads, parts, and related technical Goods, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, performance, or suitability, except where such disclaimer is prohibited by applicable law. Where applicable law does not allow full disclaimer of implied warranties, any implied warranty is limited to the shortest period and narrowest scope permitted by law.
7. Product Use, Installation, and Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the proper selection, installation, testing, operation, maintenance, storage, handling, and use of all Goods purchased from Us. You must follow all manufacturer instructions, safety instructions, technical documentation, maintenance procedures, installation procedures, and applicable laws. Failure to follow proper procedures may result in damage, injury, machine failure, poor print quality, contamination, clogging, electrical failure, or voiding of any applicable warranty.
You agree that Total Ink Solutions is not responsible for losses, damages, defects, downtime, production delays, failed jobs, wasted materials, labor costs, service costs, replacement costs, lost profits, customer claims, or other losses caused by incorrect installation, customer error, third-party service, misuse, unsuitable environment, incompatible equipment, improper maintenance, improper storage, or use outside the intended purpose of the Goods.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Ink Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or business-loss damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost production, lost business, lost data, downtime, machine downtime, wasted materials, replacement labor, service charges, customer claims, reputational damage, or loss of goodwill, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service, Goods, Orders, Equipment, installation, support, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount You paid to Total Ink Solutions for the specific Goods giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if no purchase was made.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, Our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9. No Professional or Technical Guarantee
Any technical guidance, support, recommendations, product suggestions, compatibility comments, installation comments, curing guidance, print settings, troubleshooting advice, or similar information provided by Total Ink Solutions is provided for general assistance only. It does not guarantee results and does not replace professional judgment, proper testing, manufacturer instructions, qualified technician service, or customer responsibility.
You are responsible for conducting Your own testing before production use, including compatibility testing, wash testing, cure testing, adhesion testing, durability testing, color testing, equipment testing, and process validation. Total Ink Solutions is not responsible for failed production, rejected jobs, customer complaints, or losses caused by lack of testing or improper use.
10. Termination
- We may terminate, restrict, or suspend Your access to the Service immediately if You violate these Terms, misuse the Service, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse Our staff, or create legal, payment, or security risk.
- If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may discontinue use of the Service or contact Us for assistance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in another jurisdiction require otherwise.
12. Dispute Resolution
- If You have any dispute, claim, issue, or complaint, You agree to attempt to resolve it informally by contacting Us first at ink@totalink.com.
- You must provide Your name, Order number, contact information, a clear description of the issue, photographs or videos if applicable, and any supporting documentation reasonably requested by Us.
- Unresolved disputes may be submitted to courts in New Jersey, unless applicable mandatory law requires a different forum.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, or revise these Terms at any time. If We make material changes, We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, such as posting the updated Terms on the Website. Continued use of the Service or placement of an Order after updated Terms are posted constitutes Your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of the provision to the greatest extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with Our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any written terms expressly provided by Total Ink Solutions for a specific Order, constitute the entire agreement between You and Total Ink Solutions regarding the Service and Goods. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, statements, or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the same subject matter.
