Description
Saati Grafic PU is a blue, pure-photopolymer emulsion for general graphic printing with UV-cured, plastisol and solvent-based inks. Its high solids and medium viscosity deliver sharp, consistent detail on any mesh, and it exposes about four times faster than diazo or dual-cure emulsions. Ready to use — no mixing — and easy to reclaim.
When post-exposed, Grafic PU becomes water-resistant for demanding runs.
How to use
Coat a clean, degreased screen, dry in the dark, then expose. Post-expose for water resistance where needed. Reclaim with a standard Saati emulsion remover.
Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
