SEF America FlexCut MetalFlex is a 100% polyurethane (PU) metallic heat transfer vinyl (HTV) designed for premium garment decoration with a brilliant metal effect. This lightweight, stretchable, and durable HTV allows for high flexibility and superior adhesion, making it ideal for fashion apparel, branding, and custom designs on cotton and polyester fabrics.

Unlike standard metallic HTVs, MetalFlex ensures long-lasting vibrancy and durability, maintaining its metallic brilliance even after multiple washes at 40°C (104°F). Its soft, stretchable composition provides enhanced comfort and wearability, while its heat-sealable PU base ensures easy application with a smooth, flawless finish.

For optimal results, allow the product to cool for 20 seconds before peeling, as this creates a shinier metallic effect. Whether used for fashion pieces, sportswear, or branding, FlexCut MetalFlex delivers exceptional performance and a luxurious metallic finish.

Available in 9 metallic colors: Gun Metal, Silver, Red, Rose, Rose Gold, Orange, Gold, Green, and Blue, on a 15" wide roll (36" length).
