Saatilene HiTex is a high-modulus, low-elongation monofilament polyester screen-printing mesh — a dependable entry-level fabric for textile, glass, ceramic and low-mesh-count work. It delivers excellent dimensional stability, high tension retention and consistent ink flow for long, repeatable production runs.
HiTex ships with no surface treatment, so it requires proper degreasing and mesh preparation before coating — a trade-off that keeps the price low for shops that don't reclaim or that turn screens over quickly. Available in a range of mesh counts and thread diameters.
Store away from direct sunlight. Degrease before coating emulsion.
