Saati 21 Step Exposure Sensitivity Guide – Precision Tool for Perfect Screen Exposure

The Saati 21-Step Sensitivity Guide is a transmission density scale — 21 steps from clear (step 1) to solid black (step 21) — used to dial in screen exposure. More precise than gelatin/density-type calculators, it works on all stencil types and mesh counts, and at just ½" × 5¼" it fits on production screens.

How to use

Place the guide on the coated stencil before exposure. After wash-out, count the solid, fully-cured steps that hold — aim for about 7 solid steps — then adjust exposure and re-test to lock in the ideal cure. It takes the guesswork out of exposure and cuts wasted screens and materials.
