Description
Saati Remove ER2 is a concentrated emulsion remover with a built-in degreaser that strips all stencil types and degreases the mesh in one step. It dissolves easily, won't crystallize, and is city-drain safe — a cost-effective reclaimer for high-volume shops.
Dilution & use
Manual spray: 1 part ER2 to 35 parts water (1:25 by weight). Automatic reclaimers: up to 1:90 by volume. Dip tank: up to 1:180. After ink removal, apply, let the emulsion break down, then pressure-rinse from the top down.
Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
