The Saati ProCoat 2536 is a plug-and-play automatic emulsion coater that brings consistent, repeatable stencils to small and mid-size shops without the cost of full automation. It coats front and back simultaneously for even, uniform emulsion layers — eliminating the coating variability that leads to pinholes, uneven exposure and stencil breakdown on press.
Handles two screens up to 25×36" or a single screen up to 42×50", with programmable settings and a safety enclosure. Customer-installable: connect an airline and plug in.
