OPTI 902 Lacquer Wash-Up – All Solvent Series

OPTI 902 Lacquer Wash-Up (formula T-902) is a fast-acting, deep-cleaning lacquer wash for the entire Total Ink solvent line. It cuts dried and stubborn ink from screens, squeegees, spatulas and equipment quickly — the stronger, faster companion to the milder OPTI 925.

⚠ Industrial use only. A solvent-based screen wash for industrial screen printing — keep away from apparel and skin contact.

What it works with

A general-purpose wash-up for all Total Ink solvent series — 10000, 20000, 30000, 40000 / 43000, 66000, 76000 and 80000.

How to use

• Apply directly to the screen, squeegee or tool.
• Let it dwell briefly to break down the ink, then wipe or rinse with a clean rag or wash system.
• Allow screens and tools to air dry before reuse.

Safety, PPE & OSHA compliance

Flammable solvent-based product — handle per the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200); a GHS Safety Data Sheet ships with every order and must be kept accessible to employees.

• Gloves — chemical-resistant nitrile (not latex).
• Safety glasses — to protect against splashes.
• Mask — a solvent/organic-vapor respirator mask when ventilation can't keep vapors down (not a dust mask).
• Storage — keep sealed and upright in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from heat, sparks, flame and sun; ground containers when transferring.
