Description
Saati Grafic HU42 is a dual-cure graphics emulsion for general industrial and display graphics, compact-disc and halftone printing. At 42% solids it delivers sharp, precise stencils across mesh counts, and works with UV-cured, plastisol, solvent-based and water-based inks. Its low-friction surface adds durability for abrasive inks and high-production runs, and it dries without tackiness for easy handling. Blue/green; approximately 24-month shelf life stored between 37°F and 80°F.
How to use
Sensitize with diazo, coat a clean, degreased screen, dry in the dark, then expose. Reclaim with a standard Saati emulsion remover.
Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
