Description
Saati Ultrafix PT is a water-based, pressure-sensitive pallet tack adhesive that holds garments — from tees to fleece — securely on the pallet or belt during printing. It offers strong, dependable tack without excessive buildup, reducing shifting for better registration. Flash-safe, non-staining, non-flammable, with no VOCs and free of NPEO/APEO, it holds up to water-based and discharge inks.
How to use
Apply directly to the pallet or over pallet-protecting tape, spreading a thin, even layer with a brush, roller, card or squeegee, and let dry before printing. Can also be spray-applied. Thin with water up to 1:1 as needed.
Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
