OPTI 912 Fast Thinner – 40000 / 43000 Vinyl

OPTI 912 Fast Thinner (formula T-912) is the fast-evaporating reducer for the 40000 Gloss and 43000 Matte vinyl inks. It thins vinyl ink while speeding drying — for faster turnaround and short runs.

⚠ Industrial use only. An industrial solvent ink thinner — keep away from apparel and skin contact.

Reduce 5–10% by weight. Quart, gallon and 5 gallon. Made in Hackensack, New Jersey.

• Best for fast turnaround, short runs, or cool/humid conditions.

Safety, PPE & OSHA compliance

Flammable solvent-based product — handle per the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200); a GHS Safety Data Sheet ships with every order and must be kept accessible to employees.

• Gloves — chemical-resistant nitrile (not latex).
• Safety glasses — to protect against splashes.
• Mask — a solvent/organic-vapor respirator mask when ventilation can't keep vapors down (not a dust mask).
• Storage — keep sealed and upright in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from heat, sparks, flame and sun; ground containers when transferring.
