WFX Color Match Plastisol Ink (5 Gallon) is our made-to-order custom color-match ink — send us your target color reference and we mix your exact color and ship it ready to print. For cotton, polyester and blends, it cures at 320–350°F. CPSIA-compliant and phthalate-free, made in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Always run a test print first. Before any production run, print and fully cure a test on your exact garment and check opacity, hand and wash-fastness. It's the best habit in the shop — if you're not sure on settings, call us at 877-937-6400 before you run the job.

How it works

• Send us your target color reference number or a target sample.
• We mix and verify your exact color under D50 lighting.
• It ships ready to print — consistent from bucket to bucket.

Printing & curing

• Mesh: 110–230 depending on the print
• Squeegee: 65, 75 or 80 durometer — or a 70/90/70 triple durometer
• Flash: 240–260°F between colors
• Cure: curing is a time-and-temperature process — bring the full ink film to 320–350°F (160–177°C); confirm with a temp gun or donut probe, not dryer air temp

Recommended companion products

• Nylon Bond 289 Additive — mix into this ink to bond prints to nylon and other slick synthetics (catalyst; stir in a small amount, limited pot life, always test first).
• Quick Flash Reducer — thins for easier printing.
• Soft Hand Base — softer hand feel.
• UMX® Custom Color Match — send us your target color reference and we custom-mix the color for you (plastisol, solvent, UV & water-base).
• Cleanup: OPTI Wash 125 and OPTI Spot 303.

Safety, PPE & storage

• Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; avoid prolonged skin contact with uncured ink.
• Print with adequate ventilation; vent your dryer.
• Always stir before use.
• Storage & shelf life: keep sealed, out of sun. Shelf life 1–2 years. In high heat expect container expansion — open carefully. Do not freeze.
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.

Compliance

CPSIA compliant (16 CFR 1303 <90 ppm; CPSIA §101 <100 ppm total lead) — safe for children's apparel. Phthalate-free.
