Description

Vastex LittleRed infrared conveyor dryers cure plastisol, water-based, and DTG prints. Available as single-zone X-Series or dual-zone XD models in belt widths from 18" to 78".

X-Series vs. XD Dual Zone

X-Series XD Dual Zone
Heating Single zone Two independently controlled zones
Best for Plastisol and general screen printing DTG, water-based, and discharge — anything needing a gentle evaporation stage before full cure
Why it matters Simple, proven, lower cost Zone one drives off moisture, zone two cures. Prevents scorching on DTG and gives a much wider process window.

Printing DTG or water-based? Choose XD. Single-zone dryers can scorch a garment before the water has fully evaporated.

Choosing a model

  • X1 / X1D — one heater. Entry-level throughput.
  • X2 / X2D — two heaters. Roughly double the belt speed of an X1.
  • X3 / X3D — three heaters. Production volume.
  • Lo-E2 — low-energy 30" configuration. The Add-On Cube extends an existing Lo-E2 rather than replacing it.

Belt width should match your largest pallet, not your average print — 18", 30", 54", and 78" available depending on model.

Power

Most models are 240V. The X1 30" is also available in 120V for shops without a 240V circuit, and the X1D 18" is available in 208V. Three-phase is available on most models for a $200 premium.

Confirm your available power before ordering. Electrical requirements are the most common cause of delayed installs — a dryer that needs a circuit you don't have will sit crated on the floor.

Cure verification

Belt speed is a starting point, not a guarantee. Verify cure temperature with a donut probe or temperature strip through the garment, and wash-test before running production. Plastisol needs full cure temperature reached at the ink layer, not just at the surface.

Crating and freight are included in the listed price. Ships as freight with a delivery appointment.
