Saati W1 Finish is a high-solids, water-resistant screen filler and blockout for water-based inks — ideal for ceramic and textile printing and for permanent or library screens. Its high solids give smooth, even, durable coverage.
Although water-based, W1 also stands up to plastisol, solvent and UV-cured inks, yet it still reclaims easily with standard emulsion removers.
How to use
Apply to a clean, degreased screen to block out open areas or fill pinholes; allow to dry fully before printing. Reclaim with a standard Saati emulsion remover.
Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
