Saati Hi-Dro (ASHR) is a high-modulus, low-elongation monofilament polyester mesh with a proprietary surface treatment engineered for water-based and discharge garment printing. Built on the same mesh counts as standard fabric but with thinner thread diameters, it opens the mesh for a heavier, cleaner ink deposit.
The treated surface improves stencil adhesion and ink release and helps prevent premature drying in the screen. Thinner threads release ink more readily, so you can clear the screen at lower squeegee pressure — ideal for water-based/discharge work, halftones, fine lines and high-resolution detail.
Store away from direct sunlight. Degrease before coating emulsion.
