What you'll also need

A printer alone doesn't produce a finished transfer. You'll also need DTF ink (CMYK + white), transfer film, adhesive powder, a curing oven to melt the powder, and a heat press to apply the finished transfer. Before you buy

• Confirm electrical and space requirements before delivery.
• Ventilation is needed for the curing stage of your workflow.
• Plan for daily maintenance. DTF white ink settles and must stay circulating — a printer left idle without circulation will clog the heads. This is the most common cause of downtime on any DTF setup.
