110 Mesh
Best for high-opacity whites, athletic inks, glitter, shimmer, puff inks, and designs requiring a heavy ink deposit.

156 Mesh
Our most popular mesh for everyday screen printing. Excellent for standard plastisol inks, spot-color artwork, and general production printing.

200 Mesh
A versatile option for artwork requiring finer detail while still delivering solid ink coverage.

230 Mesh
Recommended for smaller text, detailed graphics, and halftones where greater image resolution is important.

305 Mesh
Designed for process printing, fine halftones, UV printing, electronics, and highly detailed artwork.

Artwork Guidelines

For the highest quality stencil, please submit production-ready artwork.

Preferred file types include:

• SVG

Accepted raster files include:

• PSD
• PNG
• TIFF
• JPG (300 DPI minimum)

Please convert all fonts to outlines and size artwork to its final print dimensions before uploading.

Production Information

Your screens are manufactured specifically for your order using the artwork you provide. Each stencil is individually exposed and inspected before shipping to help ensure dependable print quality.

Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days, although larger orders or artwork requiring review may require additional processing time.

Custom Order Policy

Because every screen is produced specifically for your artwork, burned screens are custom-made products and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is identified. If we discover a problem with your artwork before production begins, our team will contact you to discuss available options.
