Description
Description
DecoFlex™ Sub Block is made to solve one specific, expensive problem: dye migration. Press ordinary HTV onto a sublimated jersey or a dyed polyester and within a day the garment's dye can bleed up through your design. White turns pink, grey turns purple, and the order is scrap. DecoFlex™ Sub Block has a dye-blocking layer built in to stop that.
It is a high-opacity 80 micron PU film with a blocking backing. You can use it as a base layer under other HTV or on its own. It comes in bright, opaque White, so you can decorate team wear and performance polyester without the colors bleeding.
Features
- Blocks dye migration: keeps sublimation and polyester dyes from bleeding into your artwork.
- High opacity: an 80 micron PU film with a blocking backing.
- Layerable base: press other HTV on top for full-color designs on problem garments.
- Cuts and weeds cleanly on hobby and professional cutters.
- Bright White (01): a clean, opaque base for single-color or layered designs.
Recommended Fabrics
- 100% Polyester
- Sublimated Polyester
- Cotton and 50/50 Poly/Cotton Blends
DecoFlex™ Sub Block is built for the fabrics that cause trouble. On cotton where migration isn't a risk, a standard AmeriFLEX™ QuickCadd™ is the more economical choice.
