Saati Grafic HU is a dual-cure direct emulsion for high-precision graphics, supplied with Diazo 1 sensitizer. It handles UV-cured, plastisol, solvent-based and water-based inks with excellent stencil resolution and durability. High solids (39%) and controlled particle size produce low-Rz, sharply defined stencils on fine mesh, and it dries tack-free for clean handling — a strong choice for ceramic decals and direct ceramic tile printing.
How to use
Mix in the Diazo 1 sensitizer, coat a clean, degreased screen, dry in the dark, then expose. Grafic HU offers fast exposure with wide latitude and reclaims easily.
Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
