Manual Bracket Adapters (MBA & MBA 2)

Manual Bracket Adapters let you run M&R-style standard pallets on a manual press. Both versions mount to a 1.5" x 2.5" print arm and require no drilling — choose the version that fits how you work.

Which version do I need?

MBA (Original)

Small 3" wide mechanisms that tighten your pallet to the arm of your manual press — the long-standing solution for Workhorse Manual and Riley Hopkins style presses. Each order includes 2 manual bracket adapters and 2 aluminum shim plates per pallet. Mounts in a few minutes.

Installing: Find the plastic baggie in your package with the two aluminum shims and two adapters. Test-fit the shims inside the bracket for best fit, then peel the yellow backing and press them into the underside of the bracket, spaced apart. Set the pallet on the arm, hook each adapter onto the underside, and tighten the black knob. Repeat for the second adapter.

Tip: You may need to loosen the adapter knobs before sliding them onto the bracket.

Running both manual and automatic? Leave the adhesive backing on the shim plates. That way the same pallets run on your M&R automatic without the adapters installed.

MBA 2 (Slide Style)

Converts your manual machine's pallet arm to the M&R style standard pallet system with a single full-length assembly. Slide it onto the arm to the position you want and lock it down with the bottom fasteners. Low-profile locking knobs are available if you want tool-free changeover.
