STS Inks Aftermarket Replacement Ink Cartridge Chips

Aftermarket replacement ink cartridge chips manufactured by STS Inks, designed for compatibility with select Mimaki® ink cartridge systems.

The chip communicates cartridge information to the printer, including cartridge detection and ink capacity. If a compatible cartridge has a failed or expired chip, replacing the chip may restore normal cartridge detection when the correct ink series, cartridge volume, and color are selected.

Available Series

LUS-170 (UV) — STS Inks aftermarket replacement chips compatible with select Mimaki® LUS-170 UV ink cartridge systems. Includes Clear and White alongside CMYK and light colors.

DTF PHT-50 — STS Inks aftermarket replacement chips compatible with select Mimaki® direct-to-film ink cartridge systems. CMYK cartridges are 600 mL; White is 500 mL.

SS22 — 440 mL — STS Inks aftermarket replacement chips compatible with select Mimaki® SS22 eco-solvent ink cartridge systems, including Orange, light colors, and Light Black.

Choosing the Right Chip

Match these three specifications before ordering: ink series, cartridge volume, and color.

Each replacement chip is coded for a specific ink series and configuration. For example, an SS22-compatible chip will not work as an LUS-170-compatible chip, and vice versa.
