Saati Textil PV is a red, pure-photopolymer direct emulsion built for garment printing with plastisol inks. It resists plastisol, abrasion and humidity, and its 42% solids give excellent print definition on any mesh. Pre-sensitized — no diazo to mix — and it exposes up to eight times faster than diazo or dual-cure emulsions.
Post-expose the screen and Textil PV becomes water-resistant, so it can also run water-based ink systems.
How to use
Coat a clean, degreased screen, dry in the dark, then expose. For water-based or discharge inks, post-expose the stencil for full water resistance. Reclaim with a standard Saati emulsion remover.
Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
