Description
Saati Textil PHU is a red, pure-photopolymer direct emulsion and a versatile general-purpose choice for plastisol, water-based and discharge inks. At 45% solids with medium viscosity, it coats smoothly across a range of mesh counts and gives excellent print definition. Pre-sensitized (no mixing) and exposes up to eight times faster than diazo or dual-cure emulsions.
How to use
Coat a clean, degreased screen, dry in the dark, then expose. Post-expose for added durability with water-based and discharge inks. Reclaim with a standard Saati emulsion remover. Shelf life ~24 months at room temperature.
