Roller Squeegee (w/ PTFE Sheet)

The Roller Squeegee solves fibrillation — the fuzzy, rough texture you get when garment fibers lift through the underbase after flashing. Roll it over the flashed print and those fibers lay down into a hard, smooth surface, so your top colors print sharp instead of fighting a fuzzy base.

Each roller includes a PTFE sheet, which evens out the ink surface and gives you something close to a heat-press finish right on the press.

How to use it

1. Print the underbase onto the garment.
2. Flash cure to partially dry the ink.
3. Roll the Roller Squeegee over the flashed area — this mattes the fibers and smooths the ink.
4. Print your top colors onto the now-even surface.
5. Cure as normal.

Sizing

• 16" — requires a 23" x 31" frame
• 14" — for machines running 20" x 24" frames

Order the roller cut for your machine. The mount is machine-specific and not interchangeable between brands.

Buy singles to add rollers to specific heads. The 16" 5-Pack is for shops equipping a full carousel at once and works out cheaper per unit.
