Glitter Particles (Per Pound) — loose glitter flake sold by the pound that you mix into a clear plastisol base to make your own custom glitter ink, for use with Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks. Available in many particle colors.

What it does

• Loose glitter flake you blend into a clear plastisol base to build a custom glitter ink.
• Choose your particle color and control how heavy the sparkle reads.
• Sold by the pound so you can mix as much or as little as the job needs.

How to use

• Stir the glitter particles into a clear plastisol base until evenly dispersed. Start with a small percentage and adjust to taste — always test first. Print through a coarse mesh to carry the flake, then fully cure and check the finish.

Mix into a clear plastisol base to create custom glitter ink, or reach for our ready-made Glitter Plastisol Ink (33 colors). Pairs with Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks — e.g. All Purpose, General Purpose and specialty lines.

Safety & storage

• Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; work with ventilation.
• Stir before use. Store sealed, out of direct sunlight; do not freeze; expect container expansion in high heat.
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
