Super Puff Additive — a high-strength puff additive that drives plastisol to its maximum rise, for use with Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks.
Always run a test print first. Additives change ink behavior — mix a small batch, print and fully cure a test before committing a production run. Not sure on ratios? Call us at 201-487-9600.
What it does
- Blows the ink film up for the tallest, most dramatic puff rise.
- Delivers a bold, three-dimensional look on lettering, logos and heavy prints.
- Runs best through a coarse mesh (40–86) to carry the heavy deposit puff needs.
How to use
- Add to plastisol ink and stir thoroughly. Start with a small percentage and adjust to taste — always test first.
Works with
Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks and the Puff plastisol ink line. For a lower-profile raised effect, use Badass Puff Additive.
Safety & storage
- Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; work with ventilation.
- Stir before use. Store sealed, out of direct sunlight; do not freeze; expect container expansion in high heat.
- Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
