Quick Flash Reducer – Quart – For Plastisol Screen Printing Inks

Quick Flash Reducer — a curable reducer that thins plastisol ink for easier printing and finer detail without killing opacity, for use with Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks.

What it does

• Thins plastisol so it shears through the mesh and prints more easily.
• Sharpens fine detail, small type and halftones without killing opacity.
• Curable reducer — it stays in the film and helps the ink flash and cure cleanly, unlike a solvent thinner.

How to use

• Add to plastisol ink and stir thoroughly. Start with a small percentage and adjust to taste — always test first.

Works with

All Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks — e.g. All Purpose, General Purpose, High Opaque and specialty lines.

Safety & storage

• Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; work with ventilation.
• Stir before use. Store sealed, out of direct sunlight; do not freeze; expect container expansion in high heat.
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
