Foil Adhesive Plastisol Base

Foil Adhesive Plastisol Base — a printable plastisol adhesive base that bonds heat-transfer foil to garments wherever you print it, for use with Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks.

What it does

• Prints as a clear adhesive layer that grips heat-transfer foil
• Puts a bright metallic foil finish exactly where it's printed — print any shape or design to control placement
• Works as a standalone printed adhesive, no color mixing required

How to use

• Print the adhesive base onto the garment through your screen.
• Gel/tack the printed adhesive to about 300°F — do not over-cure it.
• Lay the foil sheet (color side up) over the tacked adhesive.
• Heat-press to bond the foil, let it cool, then peel away the clear carrier sheet.
• Always print and press a test first before a production run.

Works with

Total Ink Solutions standard plastisol inks — e.g. All Purpose, General Purpose, High Opaque and specialty lines.

Safety & storage

• Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; work with ventilation.
• Stir before use. Store sealed, out of direct sunlight; do not freeze; expect container expansion in high heat.
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
