All Purpose Universal Flattening Powder Additive — a powder you stir into plastisol ink to reduce gloss and matte down the finish, for use with Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks. Sold in a 1 pound container.

What it does

• Knocks down gloss to give printed plastisol a flatter, matte finish.
• Stirred directly into the ink — no separate topcoat needed.
• Works across plastisol colors and specialty lines where a lower-sheen look is wanted.

How to use

• Add to plastisol ink and stir thoroughly. Start with a small percentage and adjust to taste — always test first.

Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks — e.g. All Purpose, General Purpose, High Opaque and specialty lines.

Safety & storage

• Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; work with ventilation.
• Stir before use. Store sealed, out of direct sunlight; do not freeze; expect container expansion in high heat.
