Badass Puff Additive Agent - High-Rise Puff Effect for Plastisol Inks

Badass Puff Additive Agent — a puff additive you mix into plastisol ink to create a raised, high-rise puff effect, for use with Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks.

What it does

• Mixes into plastisol to raise the print into a dimensional, high-rise puff effect.
• Adds a bold, textured finish to logos, lettering and heavy-deposit prints.
• Runs best through a coarse mesh (40–86) to carry the heavier deposit puff needs.

How to use

• Add to plastisol ink and stir thoroughly. Start with a small percentage and adjust to taste — always test first.

Works with

Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks and the Puff plastisol ink line. For maximum rise, step up to Super Puff Additive.

Safety & storage

• Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; work with ventilation.
• Stir before use. Store sealed, out of direct sunlight; do not freeze; expect container expansion in high heat.
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
