Extreme 270° Low Cure Plastisol Ink White – For Cotton, Polyester & Blends

Extreme 270° Low Cure White Plastisol Ink is the white to match our Extreme Low Cure line — a high-opacity, dye-migration-resistant white that fully cures at just 260–280°F (270°F nominal) and prints on 100% cotton, 50/50 blends, and 100% polyester, direct or as an underbase. The ultra-low cure keeps polyester dyes from bleeding and protects heat-sensitive garments from scorch, while staying low-bleed with great stretch. CPSIA-compliant and phthalate-free, made in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Always run a test print first. Before any production run, print and fully cure a test on your exact garment and check opacity, hand, dye migration and wash-fastness. It's the best habit in the shop — if you're not sure on settings, call us at 201-487-9600 before you run the job.

What it prints on

• 100% cotton — full opacity, bright white at low temp
• 50/50 cotton/poly blends — the cool cure holds back dye migration
• 100% polyester — jerseys, performance and sublimated garments; low cure is your best defense against bleed and scorch
• Runs as a low-cure flash underbase under colors on darks

Printing & curing

• Mesh: 110–160 for maximum opacity; up to 200+ for a lighter deposit
• Squeegee: 65, 75 or 80 durometer — or a 70/90/70 triple durometer
• Flash: 240–260°F when used as an underbase; keep flash low and brief on synthetics
• Cure: curing is a time-and-temperature process — bring the full ink film to 260–280°F (127–138°C); the low cure is what keeps polyester dyes from bleeding; confirm with a temp gun or donut probe, not dryer air temp

Safety, PPE & storage

• Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; avoid prolonged skin contact with uncured ink.
• Print with adequate ventilation; vent your dryer.
• Always stir before use.
• Storage & shelf life: keep sealed, out of sun. Shelf life 1–2 years. As a low-cure ink, store at 60–80°F. In high heat expect container expansion — open carefully. Do not freeze.
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.

Compliance

CPSIA compliant (16 CFR 1303 <90 ppm; CPSIA §101 <100 ppm total lead) — safe for children's apparel. Phthalate-free.
