Description
The 60CM DTF Tunnel Dryer melts and bonds hot-melt powder onto printed DTF film, the stage that decides whether a transfer survives washing or cracks and peels. Built to pair with 60CM DTF printers, it carries heat evenly across the full film width for repeatable results at production volume.
Tunnel Dryer or Space Saver?
Total Ink Solutions offers two ways to cure at 24":

Where it sits in your workflow
The tunnel dryer runs after printing and powder application. Once the adhesive powder is applied and the excess removed, the film passes through the heating chamber to activate and cure the powder layer, ready for heat pressing.

Installation & safety
- This is a heated production unit. Allow clearance on all sides per the manual and do not enclose it.
- Powder curing releases fumes — adequate ventilation or extraction is required, not optional.
- Confirm electrical requirements before delivery.
- Never leave a heated unit unattended, and let it cool fully before cleaning or servicing.
This product is the tunnel dryer only — it does not include a printer or a powder shaker.
Ships as freight, not parcel — a delivery appointment is arranged after the order.
