The Saati LTS 6080-VF is a self-contained direct-laser computer-to-screen (CTS) imaging and exposure unit that images and exposes a stencil in one step — no film positives, vacuum frames, pinhole checks or manual registration. A 96-laser array with selectable 847 / 1270 / 2540 DPI reproduces demanding halftones and fine detail; it images one stencil up to 33.5×43.3" or several small stencils at once. This is the LTS 6080-VF configuration.
Runs from a PC with optional RIP software. Long laser life and low energy use make it an efficient, fully digital prepress solution.
