Description
Transfer Adhesion Powder is the hot-melt bond between your print and the garment. This thermoplastic (TPU) adhesive powder fuses screen-printed plastisol transfers and DTF prints to cotton, polyester, and blends — for a soft, stretchy, wash-durable hold.
How it works
- Dust it onto the wet ink or freshly printed DTF film, shake off the excess, and cure.
- The TPU melts and grips the fibers, then locks in as it cools for a bond that survives 50+ washes.
- Stays soft and flexible — no cracking when the garment stretches.
Specs
- Type: hot-melt TPU adhesive powder.
- Melt point: ~225°F; cure to your film/transfer spec (typically 260–320°F).
- Use with: DTF film + ink, and screen-printed plastisol transfer inks.
- Sizes: 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, and 25 lb.
