Description
OmniDTF curing ovens melt the adhesive powder onto your printed film so the transfer is ready to press. Getting this stage right is what separates a transfer that survives washing from one that cracks or peels — the powder has to fully melt and fuse without scorching the film.
Choosing a model
| Model | Best for |
|---|---|
| 14.5" Standard | Entry production, pairs with the 14.5" printer |
| 17" Standard | Wider film, moderate volume |
| 19" Plus | Higher throughput than Standard at 19" width |
| 24" Auto Feed | Automatic feed — continuous production, less operator handling |
| 36" Plus | Full wide-format production, highest volume |
Standard vs. Plus vs. Auto Feed: Standard models are manual-feed and suit batch work. Plus models add throughput capacity. Auto Feed pulls film through continuously, which is what you want once you're running gang sheets all day.
Matching your oven to your printer
Your oven should be at least as wide as your printer. Running 24" film through a 17" oven is not possible, and undersizing is the most common and most expensive equipment mistake in a DTF setup.
Installation & safety
- These are heated production units. Allow clearance on all sides per the manual and do not enclose them.
- Powder curing releases fumes — adequate ventilation or extraction is required, not optional.
- Confirm electrical requirements before delivery. Larger models may need a dedicated circuit.
- Never leave a heated oven unattended, and let it cool fully before cleaning or servicing.
Crating and freight are included in the listed price. These ship as freight, not parcel — a delivery appointment is arranged after the order.
