Heat Transfer Foil — High-Impact Metallic Finish

Crown Roll Leaf Heat Transfer Foil adds a brilliant, high-shine metallic finish to apparel and custom designs. Applied over foil adhesive or compatible plastisol, it delivers a luxurious reflective effect ideal for fashion, branding, and specialty prints.

How to Apply

1. Print the design using foil adhesive or compatible plastisol ink.
2. Flash dry at 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.
3. Place the foil over the design (dull side down) and heat press at 300–325°F (149–163°C) for 10–15 seconds with medium-firm pressure.
4. Let cool completely, then peel (cold peel) for a smooth metallic finish.

Care

• Store rolls in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
• Wash garments inside out in cold water; do not iron directly over the foil.
