Description

Powderless White Plastisol Transfer Ink lets you build screen-printed heat transfers with no adhesive powder — print your white, gel it, and heat-press onto the garment, skipping the powder step entirely. A high-opacity white for cotton, polyester and 50/50 blends, it cures at 300–310°F. CPSIA-compliant and phthalate-free, made in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon. Heat cure. Made in the USA.

Also available in larger quantities — 30-gallon and 55-gallon drums; call 201-487-9600 for volume and discount pricing.

Features & benefits

  • No adhesive powder needed — print, gel, press; skip the powder step
  • High-opacity transfer white — bright, dense base for your transfer
  • Cotton, polyester & 50/50 blends — versatile heat-press application
  • Cures 300–310°F — low-bleed
  • CPSIA-compliant & phthalate-free — made in the USA

Always run a test print first. Before any production run, print and fully cure a test on your exact garment and check opacity, hand and wash-fastness. It's the best habit in the shop — if you're not sure on settings, call us at 201-487-9600 before you run the job.

What it prints on

  • Screen-printed heat transfers — print onto transfer paper, gel, and press — no powder
  • Cotton, polyester & 50/50 blend garments — the finished transfer presses onto virtually any garment

Printing & curing

  • Mesh: 110–160 for a bright, high-opacity transfer
  • Squeegee: 65, 75 or 80 durometer — or a 70/90/70 triple durometer
  • Gel (not full cure): transfers are gelled, not fully cured, before pressing — hold the ink at a gel temperature per your transfer paper, then heat-press to finish
  • Final cure: when heat-pressed to the garment, bring the full ink film to 300–310°F (150–154°C); confirm with a temp gun or donut probe
