Description
All Purpose White Plastisol Ink is the white to match our do-it-all All Purpose line — a high-opacity, low-bleed white that prints on all three fabric types (100% cotton, 50/50 blends, and light-color polyester), direct or as a bright flash underbase. It's stretchable, cures at 300–310°F, and lays down creamy and print-ready. CPSIA-compliant and phthalate-free, made in Hackensack, New Jersey.
Pint through 55 gallon. Heat cure. Made in the USA.
Also available in larger quantities — 30-gallon and 55-gallon drums; call 201-487-9600 for volume and discount pricing.
Features & benefits
- Prints on all three fabrics — 100% cotton, 50/50 blends, and light-color polyester
- High opacity — bright, dense white coverage on darks
- Dependable flash underbase — solid base for colors on dark garments
- Low-bleed & stretchable — clean coverage that moves with the garment
- Creamy & print-ready — smooth lay-down on manual or automatic presses
- Pint to 55 gallon — stock sizes plus drums for production shops
- CPSIA-compliant & phthalate-free — safe for kids' apparel, made in the USA
Always run a test print first. Before any production run, print and fully cure a test on your exact garment and check opacity, hand and wash-fastness. It's the best habit in the shop — if you're not sure on settings, call us at 201-487-9600 before you run the job.
What it prints on
- 100% cotton — full opacity, bright clean white
- 50/50 cotton/poly blends
- Light-color polyester — low-bleed; for dark or high-bleed poly use a grey blocker underbase or an athletic/poly white
- Runs as a flash underbase under bright colors on darks
Printing & curing
- Mesh: 110–160 for maximum opacity; up to 200+ for a lighter deposit
- Squeegee: 65, 75 or 80 durometer — or a 70/90/70 triple durometer
- Flash: 240–260°F when used as an underbase
- Cure: curing is a time-and-temperature process — bring the full ink film to 300–310°F (150–154°C); confirm with a temp gun or donut probe, not dryer air temp
