Glitter Plastisol Ink – PFGL Series

Our Glitter Plastisol Ink is available in 33 colors. We manufacture our inks in the USA at our facility in Hackensack, New Jersey. We offer this series in sizes ranging from pints to 55-gallon drums.

This ink contains real glitter flakes that give the finished print its sparkle. Because of the particle size, you’ll need a more open mesh than you would normally use with standard plastisol ink.

Printing Information

• Mesh: 30 or 40 mesh.
• Squeegee: 65–80 durometer.
• Curing Temperature: 330°F.
• Fabric: Cotton, polyester, and compatible blends. Test polyester for dye migration.

Stir the ink before printing. Glitter can settle in the container during storage.

We recommend testing your mesh and ink deposit before starting a large order. Too fine a mesh can restrict the glitter particles, and a heavy ink deposit may require additional curing time.
