Extender Base – Plastisol Ink – For Softening & Increasing Ink

Extender Base — a clear plastisol base that increases ink volume, softens the hand and reduces opacity without thinning the ink, for use with Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks.

What it does

• Increases (extends) ink volume to stretch your color further and lower cost
• Softens the hand for a lighter feel on the garment
• Reduces opacity and color strength without thinning the ink's viscosity

How to use

• Add to plastisol ink and stir thoroughly. Start with a small percentage and adjust to taste — always test first.

Works with

Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks — e.g. All Purpose, General Purpose, High Opaque and specialty lines.

Safety & storage

• Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; work with ventilation.
• Stir before use. Store sealed, out of direct sunlight; do not freeze; expect container expansion in high heat.
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
